Where do I get LODB?

Approved installers will appear on Downloads. This website currently offers no installer or checkout. Do not use links posted by an unverified third party.

Is this the player or the Business Manager?

The Customer Server manages and serves your media. The Master handles registration, licensing and releases. The Business Manager helps the LODB operator manage business activity; it is a separate application.

What does Unlimited Accounts mean?

It removes the registered-account cap while its conditions are met. It does not promise unlimited streams, devices or processing capacity. It requires an active paid base subscription.

Does the add-on run for a year from purchase?

No. It follows the base subscription’s paid-through date. It continues on uninterrupted automatic renewal; a new subscription after expiry or a gap requires a new add-on purchase.

Can I try before I buy?

Yes—the server has a 30-day trial starting when your Master account is verified. Approved downloads and an account destination are being prepared; this website cannot start the trial yet. Check your server’s displayed licence expiry. The trial is time limited.

Can I install it on every TV or phone?

Only release-specific tested clients should be treated as supported. Official app-store destinations will appear on Apps after verification. Work in progress is not a published app.

Are these the starting-out prices?

Yes. The starting-out base prices are £2.99 monthly or £28.70 yearly. From 1 July 2028, the standard base prices will be £4.50 per month or £43 per year. Existing subscribers keep their current price until their already-paid period ends, then pay the new price at their first renewal on or after 1 July 2028. New purchases from that date use the new prices. No mid-period increase applies to an already-paid subscription; applicable notices and purchased rights still apply.

Do I save by paying yearly?

Yes. Save 20% with yearly billing: £28.70 a year compared with £35.88 for twelve £2.99 monthly payments, a saving of £7.18. The comparison covers the base subscription, not the separate Unlimited Accounts add-on. Check the final checkout price and applicable tax before purchase.

Does it include movies or music?

No. You provide media you have the right to use.
